Kline Expands European Operation to Prague

Global research and consulting firm Kline has expanded with a fourth European office, in Prague in the Czech Republic.

The new office will provide a regional base for both management consulting and market research, and the firm says it will also strengthen its ability to understand regional and local conditions and their interaction with global market forces.

Explained Kline Chairman and CEO Joe Tarantola: 'Not only does the opening of our Prague office extend our firm's global reach, but more importantly, we now have the local talent to better support our increasing needs in Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia.'

Tarantola added that the Central and Eastern European markets play an important role in shaping the future of the key industries it serves, including chemicals, energy and consumer goods.

In December, the firm opened a new European headquarters in Oxford UK, and announced that SVP Fred du Plessis would direct the company's management consulting activities in the region.
