KPO Firm Adds Global Clout
Indian-based KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) firm The Smart Cube will launch operations in Romania and Hong Kong, and will be expanding in the US, the UK and India.
MD Sameer Walia says the Romanian delivery center, which will draw on a highly qualified pool of analyst talent, is 'another strong affirmation of our ability to completely dissolve geographical contours and successfully create value in this business'.
The company has also opened an office in Hong Kong and one in Detriot, MI, USA - a New York office will follow, while more staff are being added in London.
The firm, which says it expects to double its staff strength to 200 analysts in the current fiscal year, specialises in high value and customized business research and analysis, and already has offices in Delhi, London and Chicago. Web site: www.thesmartcube.com .
