Technology and Media Consultancy Launched
In the UK, comms specialist Farncombe Technology has launched a joint venture with digital and telecoms consultancy TMT Strategy Advisors.
Farncombe Strategy will sit alongside Farncombe Technology and Paris-based Farncombe France in the newly formed Farncombe Consulting Group.
TMT's MD Tom McKeever and Adriana Menezes Whiteley, previously a Director at Ovum's consulting division, will lead the new London-based firm, which will focus on strategy consulting and transaction services support in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
McKeever has over 25 years' experience working in the technology and media sectors in four continents. Before becoming MD of TMT, he was Consulting Director and Commercial Practice Leader at Ovum, founded and led consultants Motion Strategy Advisors, and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pacific Bell, Deloitte's Management Consulting and IBM.
Menezes Whiteley has over 12 years' experience in the telecoms sector worldwide. Before Ovum, she was a Director for M&A boutique Arnaud & Co, and worked for the Yankee Group, Telefonica and McKinsey & Co.
Farncombe's client base includes broadcasters, operators, telcos, equipment suppliers and a variety of government and regulatory bodies.
