Vorex Adds Self-Serve Survey Tool
In the US, Vorex - a provider of online business intelligence software - has launched a tool which it says will allow any company to create and distribute its own 'professional grade' online surveys.
Vorex Online Survey V1.4 provides an intuitive interface and can be fully customized to operate on touch-screens for companies in service industries.
No programming skills are required as the tool runs as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. An advanced analysis tool provides real-time results and statistics displayed in graphical reports, and feedback can be shared through a secure, auto-generated password protected link.
In addition, when a survey respondent answers a question which requires attention or action, the system forwards an e-mail notification. For companies which have a limited access web site, the firm provides subscribers with a free portal web site through which they have full access to survey responses.
