Innovative Concepts Relocates and Opens Call Centers
US data collection agency Innovative Concepts is relocating its existing call center to Long Island City, NY and opening a new bi-lingual call center in the Dominican Republic later this week.
Currently, the firm's call center, focus group facility and headquarters are all based in Carle Place, Long Island. The firm's focus group facility will remain at this location, from which it will continue to provide audience reactions, video-audio capture, analysis, and reporting.
'Establishing our new call center in Long Island City gives us access to a very large pool of bi-lingual interviewers from the five boroughs of New York City', explained EVP Scott Sycoff. 'It also provides a 300% increase in calling capacity with 225 interviewer stations.'
The operation will be sited in facilities used by consumer marketing research agency Opinion Access, and Sycoff says that this association will benefit both companies' clients.
Innovative Concepts specializes in data collection on advertising effectiveness, branding, concept testing, and consumer awareness. It also conducts political polling studies, and employs medical/pharmaceutical interviewers who understand medical terminology.
