Survey Project Management System Launched
Malaysian firm Opinion Box, a market research agency that collects data among online community members, is to launch Blue Box, a project management system for use in online surveys and sample outsourcing.
The system, initially available as a demo version, can be used for project status tracking, system integration with other survey platforms, client communications and report generation, and also includes a 'live' version of the firm's panel management tool.
NK Looi, CEO of parent firm Empire Box E, explained that the demo version has been launched to provide clients with an awareness of the technology and processes being used to conduct their surveys: 'In today's business context, it is not just about giving value, but also about ensuring that clients are fully aware of the value they are getting,' he commented.
