Nielsen Appoints Russian MD
The Nielsen Company has appointed Dwight Watson, a fourteen-year veteran of the firm, to serve as MD of its Russian operations. His previous roles include MD in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
 Beginning in the role last month, Watson is responsible for Nielsen's operations in Russia across all retail and consumer businesses including FMCG, consumer telecoms, finance, automotive and mobile industries.
Based in Moscow, he reports to Michalis Christou, Regional MD, North Eastern Europe, and oversees the group's 44 regional offices and 1500 employees in Russia.
