Synovate Boosts SE Asian Team
Synovate has announced the appointment of Pamela Welch as Key Account Director in Southeast Asia, based in Singapore and starting in January 2009.
Welch brings more than 25 years of market research experience, including senior regional and global roles based in the UK, Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. Most recently, she was Shopper Research Head for London based consultancy 5one Retail Marketing, creating a marketing research proposition and developing shopper research capabilities. She has in-depth FMCG experience from both the client and agency side, and holds a degree in Social Science from the University of Natal in South Africa.
Synovate Executive Director Maz Amirahmadi says the appointment reflects the company's ongoing expansion and the strengthening of its market position across the region: 'Pamela's appointment sharpens our focus and reflects our on-going commitment to serving our clients more effectively.
