'Recession-Proof Strategy' Brings Growth for Confirmit
Research software provider Confirmit has announced its most successful quarter to date for new business revenue, along with revenue growth of 51% for the nine months ending September 2008.
Henning Hansen, the firm's President and CEO, pronounced his company 'very pleased with our performance' in a time of economic uncertainty and said consistent results were expected 'for the fourth quarter and beyond'.
Hansen cites a Gartner Group report from last month, Predicts 2009: CRM Customer Service and Support which said feedback management technologies would be the top investment made in 2009 to improve the customer experience, and that 'in a down economy where retention is key... the customer experience remains a critical factor'. 'In my opinion' says Hansen, 'Gartner's analysis matches what we're seeing in the marketplace and supports our positioning of Confirmit technology as a recession-proof strategy that can deliver a significant return on investment irrespective of the macro-economic environment.'
