Clear Opens Hong Kong Hub
Brand innovation company Clear has opened an office in Hong Kong, to enable it to manage projects in Asia for its global clients.
Founded in 2002, and now part of the M&C Saatchi network, Clear provides insight, research, strategy and design to support brand and product launches for clients in the fmcg, financial services, healthcare and pharma markets.
Explaining the reason for the new office, Global CEO Melvin Jay said: 'We have done a lot of work in the region in recent years, managed out of our European offices, but we needed people with experience on the ground in the different markets, leading large-scale quantitative and qualitative research, and regional innovation and strategy projects.'
The Hong Kong team of four is jointly led by Charlotte Wilkinson and Oliver Cartwright, with more recruitment planned as the year progresses.
They have already partnered with Hong Kong University's MBA programme to provide clients with an additional 'think-tank' on specific projects, which the firm calls Innolab.
Clear, which has offices in London, Amsterdam, New York and now Hong Kong, is online at www.clear-asia.com .
