eDR Restructures and Promotes
UK-based online performance researcher eDigitalResearch (eDR) has realigned its business structure to cope with increased turnover and company growth. The firm has also promoted Nada Gillard to the position of Research Manager.
The new structure is divided into sector-specific teams, dealing with media and agencies, telecommunications, finance and travel and retail.
'This allows each team to have a thorough understanding of the unique circumstances that each sector faces, so they can recommend solutions that they know will be beneficial to that area,' explained Head of Research, Derek Eccleston.
As part of the reorganisation, Gillard, who has been with the company since 2004, will continue to promote eDigitalResearch's forms solution. She previously worked as an Analyst for the Cooperative Retail Trading Group.
'We have ambitious plans for the future,' added Eccleston. 'As more people wake up to the importance of the multi-channel experience, we will continue to specialise our products and knowledge to ensure that our research is able to influence decision-making, not confuse it.'
In December, eDR launched a word of mouth (WoM) marketing tool, to allow customers to record their personal feedback and views on products and services.
The Hampshire-based firm was established in 1999 and now employs 41 staff.
