Maven Debuts Recruitment Feedback Service

In the UK, Maven Research has launched a service helping clients to assess their staff recruitment processes, both in-house and outsourced.

The Recruitment Evaluation Programme provides real-time feedback reporting by potential employees at each stage of the process, via online submissions.

Maven points out that in turbulent economic times, attracting the right calibre of candidate is even more crucial, 'it's not all a one-way street - candidates should receive the correct impression of your organisation and brand from your current recruitment process to make an informed decision to decide whether they stay with your business and whether they meet the criteria set by a company.'

The Programme helps clients to understand what impression their recruitment programme is giving potential candidates, providing what Maven's Kathryn Courtenay-Evans describes as 'a solid knowledge base to improve both the recruitment process and the selling of the brand identity to the potential candidates'. She comments: 'Often organisations fail to realise that the recruitment process can disengage the very people you want to attract. We developed this assessment product in response to a real customer scenario and the take up in the business has been immense.'

The Programme can be used either with an in-house or outsourced recruitment process, and in the latter case can help to evaluate ROI.

Maven is a specialist in automotive, financial services, business services and employee engagement research, making use of web and other technologies in building new and flexible client interfaces. Parent company Munro Global was formed in June 2006, had a group turnover for 2008 in excess of £10 million and also includes FDS International, acefieldwork, Media Lab Research (M-Lab) and strategic insight consultancy 3000 ft.
