In the US, former ABI Research leader Clint Wheelock has opened Pike Research, which will provide market research and industry analysis for the global clean technology markets.

Wheelock has an extensive background in market intelligence focused on emerging technologies. Most recently, he served as ABI's Chief Research Officer, prior to which he was Vice President at the NPD Group and Research Director at In-Stat.
