Thoroughbred Opens Sixth US Call Center
In the US, employee-owned market research agency Thoroughbred Research Group has opened a new operations and call center in Paducah, Kentucky. The firm has also launched a family of online research products.
The new CATI facility adds to the firm's existing five domestic call centers. According to company President Steve Alsbury: 'The Paducah location adds 60 additional call center seats, for a total of 330 seats across six locations. We are pleased to be able to expand at a time when the overall economy has been sagging.'
The newly launched Thoroughbred Online suite of research products includes online surveys, web panels, chat room moderation and more, to gather the opinions, behaviours and preferences of target consumers.
In February, the agency changed its name from Wilkerson & Associates and moved its corporate HQ to new offices in Louisville, Kentucky.
