Synovate Names New UK Ops Director

In the UK, Synovate has appointed former GfK Director Yusuf Ramadan as Operations Director for its UK operations.

Ramadan joins with a 22 year background in the market research industry. For the last four years, he worked as Production Director at GfK NOP where he was responsible for field, telephone, data preparation, quality, process optimisation and training & recruitment. Prior to this, he held positions at Research Resources (part of RI), PAS, Infratest Burke, NFO, and TNS.

In his new role, Ramadan will be responsible for managing the UK business's field and telephone data collection, data preparation and data processing functions.

'His extensive experience across all data collection methodologies and quality management will really help us use our talents more effectively to drive service and efficiency in these areas.'
