Non-profit organisation the Mississippi Technology Alliance, has appointed Latasha Bibb as Business Analyst to assist entrepreneurs as they develop and grow their business plans.
Bibb worked previously as State Director for US Academic Decathlon, which works with high schools to produce better educated, better qualified and more innovative graduates. She received her bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi College and plans to pursue an advanced degree.
In her new role, Bibb will coordinate community and policy projects including community technology assessments and the organisation’s Innovation Index – an annual measure of performance in areas such as statewide research capacity, university research and business research. Her duties also include development of methodology for implementing technology-based community and policy strategies.
