Usability testing and viewing facilities
Our versatile, state-of-the art facilities were designed by usability consultants to provide a comfortable, contemporarily styled environment for all types of research sessions.
We believe in the personal touch and as such, our dedicated studio manager, Lisa Moore, is on hand day and night to provide support and to ensure your research sessions run smoothly.
We have two suites, each with its own fully equipped client viewing room:
The Living Room is our larger suite offering a flexible research space, which also has digital television facilities. It recreates a homely environment and also has full digital television facilities.
The Play Room is our depth interview mini studio, specifically crafted for usability testing and individual depth interviewing. It is ideal for depth interviews and web or games console testing.
Both suites can be arranged to meet a variety of layouts depending on your needs.

The Living Room
£150 per hour
The Play Room
£120 per hour
Rates include DVD and VHS recording and basic refreshments.
For usability sessions we also include the provision of PC’s and access to digital TV services.
Digital video clips available on CD/DVD at additional cost.
Buffets (per head)
Sandwiches: £6
Standard finger buffet platters: £10
Deluxe fork platters: £16
Tea, coffee, nibbles included in hire rates. Other drinks charged as consumed.
Hot meal prices are available on request.
