London-based digital banking intelligence service provider iSky Research has appointed Edward Chatham as Client Services Director.iSky offers financial organisations indexes to benchmark themselves globally, both by services offered and by the suitability of their banking products for their own customer segments. Chatham (pictured) joins from mobile research technology firm RealityMine, where he served as Senior Director Business Development, having previously worked for Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software firm Questback as Head of Market Research. Before this he was MD of digital banking specialist Mapa Research, prior to its 2017 sale to Informa Group.
Earlier in his career, Chatham was Country Manager for Internet audience researcher NetValue; Northern Europe Sales Director for Nielsen//NetRatings; Business Development Director for BMRG TGI; and he held senior roles at M:Metrics, iPerceptions, and Harris Interactive.
