US survey software firm Vovici has appointed Greg Stock as its new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Dean Wiltse who has held the role since 2005.
Stock joins with more than 20 years' technology industry and marketing experience. He most recently served as President and CEO of network security solutions firm Mirage Networks, prior to which he was VP of Marketing at trade management specialist Vastera.
Stock takes the role from Wiltse, whose notable achievements include overseeing the merger of Perseus and Websurveyor in 2006, re-branding the company as Vovici, and converting the business into a software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise. The Board confirmed that he is stepping down from the role to spend more time with his family in Arizona, but will remain involved with Vovici as a shareholder and as an advisor to Stock.
'We are delighted to welcome Greg to Vovici,' said 'Wiltse. 'I look forward to working with him as the company enters its next phase of growth, delivering EFM solutions to clients so that they can better capture and analyze their customer feedback.'
Vovici provides survey systems, panel management software and online community solutions. The firm recently partnered with London-based start-up Verve to provide fully serviced customer communities and advisory panels for corporate clients in Europe.
