Western Wats Opens Canadian Service Bureau

US-based data collection specialist Western Wats has opened a new service bureau in Toronto, to provide local access to the firm's research panels.

The firm conducts b2b and consumer research via online research panels across North America and Europe and a network of telephone interviewing centers in the US and the Philippines.

Its new Canadian bureau will be managed by Dipesh Shah, who joins the firm with seven years' market research experience. Most recently, he worked at Research Now as a Sample Buyer.
