ruby cha cha - the Sydney-based research-based planning agency which was founded in 2008 by three former directors of The Leading Edge (TLE) - has opened an office in London from which to service UK and global clients.
The firm, which was set up by Ellen Baron, Kristin Hickey and Paul Merrell, now employs fifteen full-time staff.
Hickey will be heading the new office with support from former TLE exec Danielle Malone (pictured), who recently joined the company as Group Account Director. Malone has worked for the past three years as a Director at Jigsaw Research, prior to which she spent a year at Leapfrog Research and Planning as an Associate Director. She began her career at TLE, where she spent four years in account management positions.
The company says its focus in the UK will be on bringing 'fresh and inspirational thinking' to local and multinational FMCG and major services clients.
