In the UK, employee research specialist ORC International has launched a new product called 'engage', which provides small and mid-sized organizations with access to a range of customisable tools for employee engagement studies, including surveys of leavers and joiners.
The firm offers market, employee and stakeholder research from offices across the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific and is part of Omaha, NE-based Infogroup.
The new solution offers access to the company's global employee benchmarking database, which has been compiled over 25 years and provides organisations with the ability to benchmark their programmes against others across a range of sectors.
It also features modules for measuring staff engagement and 'disengagement', and to help clients understand why employees leave, and identify opportunities for new joiners.
'We understand the importance of giving small and mid-sized organisations access to validated questions, global benchmarking and reporting tools, and have designed engage specifically for this need,' explains Rory MacNeill, MD of the firm's Employee Research division. 'The power to benchmark provides an incredible tool to help transform existing survey results into best-in-class employee programs.'
