Research software firm Globalpark has taken on its parent company's name following its acquisition by Norwegian enterprise feedback management (EFM) company QuestBack. The firm will now also trade under the international QuestBack brand.
From its operations in Cologne, Vienna, London, and New York, Globalpark offers panel and feedback software for social CRM and market research, along with corporate feedback management solutions.
It was acquired in August by QuestBack, which provides EFM plus online data collection, analysis and follow-up from its HQ in Oslo and 18 offices worldwide.
CEO Frank Michael (pictured) said that the re-naming is the 'next logical step' to forming a common brand, adding: 'The activities of both companies have a global focus. Therefore we considered it appropriate to standardize the group's image under the QuestBack brand.'
QuestBack's suite of solutions will be expanded later this year to include a new customer feedback tool, incorporating social media monitoring and connected to a dashboard solution.
