UK-based user experience consultancy Foviance has announced it is to merge with service design agency Seren Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The agencies say the move is a response to client demand for creativity based on objective research and insight. The combined company will offer its clients the full range of design services including research, product and service design, app development, customer experience design, analytics and design innovation.
Following completion of the merger, CEO Ben Langdon will have responsibility for overall financial performance.
Foviance founder Catriona Campbell (pictured), who is responsible for research and international growth, describes the two companies as a 'natural fit', adding: 'Our scientific customer research and analytics skills, combined with Seren's design skills make a compelling proposition for clients.'
From mid-September, the combined business will trade under the Seren brand with all 70 employees based out of the company's office in Shoreditch, London.
