UK consultancy ICM has hired Iain Carruthers, a former Interbrand Director, as Head of Qualitative Research.Carruthers, who starts straight away, most recently ran his own consultancy, The Encounter Business. An experienced insight and brand consultant, he has also worked in innovation and communication, most recently in the financial services and b2b sectors. He has written two business books, including a study of British innovation success story Dyson.
ICM earlier this month moved into the Soho HQ of its parent company Creston, which it will share with the group's two other London-based agencies, TMW and Nelson Bostock. The ICM Group operates globally and specialist areas include customer experience management, brand and communications delivery, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
