London-based agency ruby cha cha has appointed former Engage Research director Hetta Bramley as Director of Insight and Planning at its Shoreditch office.
Founded in 2008 by three former directors of The Leading Edge (TLE), ruby cha cha offers expertise in branding and innovation, segmentation and communications effectiveness. The firm opened its London office in 2011.
Bramley (pictured) joins from consumer insight specialist Engage Research, where she led the qualitative offer, and pioneered a range of new experiential methodologies for clients in the consumer goods and media sectors. Prior to this, she worked for Relish (formerly Drummond Madell) as a director supporting a number of consumer goods and media brands. Earlier, she was a member of Synovate's qual team, a member of the insight team at media agency MediaCom, and she worked at research consultancy SMRC ChildWise.
