London-based research and planning agency ruby cha cha UK has been renamed kubi kalloo; and has moved into new offices in Shoreditch.
Primarily serving global FMCG and services clients, the qual and quant agency was founded by Sydney, Australia-based ruby cha cha in 2011. The rebrand was initiated following the expiry of the license for its former name from its Australian partner agency.
Under the new name, the London-based firm will continue to be led by CEO Kristin Hickey (pictured) and a leadership team including Hetta Bramley, Director of Insights & Planning, and General Manager Suzi Uprichard.
Hickey says the agency's point of differentiation will continue to be its ability to combine conventional research agency expertise, including quant and qual, with strategic planning and management consultancy experience. Commenting on the rebrand, she explains: 'The name may be new but we have been working for some time on how this rebrand can be used to inject fresh thinking and smarter solutions into the global insights industry'.
