UK-based medical MR firm Field Scope International has opened an office in New York, adding the US to its existing broad coverage of Western and Eastern European markets.
The firm opened for business in Belgrade, Serbia in February, providing respondent recruitment and telephone interviewing services for Central and Eastern Europe.
Aside from the UK, western European markets in which the company works are Germany, France, Spain and Italy; while the Serbian office services Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and the Baltic and former Yugoslavian states.
Company Director, Peter Chulu comments: 'We expect this expansion to improve our global coverage, and most importantly our speed in responding to clients' queries. Our International call centre is able to facilitate workload from all corners of the research industry with healthcare being our strongest area'.
