WPP's government and public sector advisory business Kantar Public has opened an office in Singapore, where it has appointed Sandra Lim as Executive Director.
Launched last September, Kantar Public offers clients a combination of consulting, research and analytical capabilities, and taps into innovations in marketing science, data analytics and a variety of social research approaches to help clients improve the delivery of public policies, services and communications. The business already has offices in six European and three Asian cities, plus Nairobi, Sao Paolo and Sydney.
The new practice in Singapore will focus on research and analytics for government communications effectiveness, digital service design and delivery, and behaviour change. Working with the group's Government and Public Sector Practice, Kantar Public will also support its clients in the government communications field with integrated campaign activity and digital government service delivery.
Lim (pictured) joins from MRC, where she served as General Manager, focusing on public sector clients. Prior to this she spent a decade at Millward Brown, and four years at TNS. Commenting on her appointment, Michelle Harrison, Kantar Public Global CEO, said: 'I'm so pleased that Sandra will be joining us to lead the team in Singapore. The launch signals our commitment to continue to build our capabilities and to be the best possible partners to our clients in Singapore'.
