In Indonesia, comScore has announced the roll out of its MMX Multi-Platform, while upgrading its Mobile Metrix with additions from its recently launched mobile consumer panel.
Mobile Metrixuses comScore's Unified Digital Measurement (UDM) solution, combining passive on-device measurement via mobile panels with census data, to provide insights into mobile media usage across apps and mobile browsing. The MMX Multi-Platform builds on the company's Mobile Metrix, MMX, and Video Metrix services, and gives viewing figures for 'traditional' and mobile-optimised web pages, mobile/tablet apps and video content.
The news follows comScore's appointment by the Indonesian Digital Measurement Consortium and Bekraf as the country's online audience measurement partner. With the introduction of Android mobile panel data, comScore says it is expanding its measurement of mobile audiences in Indonesia, enabling 'more robust' reporting of visitation, engagement and demographics, including new segments for age and gender.
Joe Nguyen (pictured) SVP, Asia Pacific, comments: 'We are committed to bringing robust solutions to Indonesia, and are delighted to announce the introduction of mobile panel data which will enable more granular insights into audiences and their content consumption across smartphones and tablets. This development marks a key measurement milestone in Indonesia'.
