In the US, product innovation specialist InsightsNow has hired Karen Lynch to lead expansion of its co-creation and co-design methods, which are designed to uncover sensorial triggers of behavior.
Founded in 2003 in Corvallis, OR, InsightsNow works with CPG companies to help them develop better products. Lynch (pictured) joins as Senior Director, Qualitative Insights with more than 25 years' industry experience. For the past seventeen she has run her own consultancy, offering group moderation; facilitating play-based idea generation; and training teams in corporate communication, creative problem solving and skill building. Earlier, she was Research Director at Argyle Associates, providing customized research services for management consulting clients; an Associate Researcher at Sun Research Corporation; and Associate Field Director at Greenfield Consulting Group.
