Omnicom has launched the 'Brand Consulting Group', pulling together the expertise of research agency Hall & Partners, online community specialist C Space, brand identity designer OurCreative and consultancies Interbrand, Siegel + Gale, Sterling Brands and Wolff Olins.
Omnicom says the new practice area addresses demand for integrated teams across disciplines, providing access to talent around the globe, and offerings that 'reinvent' brands across all consumer touch points. It will be led by Omnicom exec Chuck Brymer as Chairman, while Mark O'Brien, currently CFO of Interbrand, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. Agencies within the new Group will continue to operate as independent businesses with their own brands and cultures.
