Kantar Media has partnered with media management software provider PRgloo, to provide access to the latter's cloud-based CRM platform and enable in-house communication teams to manage, record and analyse all aspects of their relations with journalists and influencers.
London-based PRgloo offers a media relations platform to analyse and control all aspects of the communication function including influencer management, response desk enquiries, media rich newsrooms and social media campaigns.
According to Mark Inskip, Kantar Media CEO, UK and Ireland, PRgloo's platform can be accessed alongside his own firm's Reputation Intelligence solution for corporate comms and PR professionals, for support at every stage in the PR lifecycle. Samantha Deeks, PRgloo founder, says her firm's media management platform 'perfectly complements' Kantar Media's reputation intelligence tools.
