Cynozure Hires for Tech Transformation Role

Data and analytics strategy consultancy Cynozure has appointed Jane Usoskina as Senior Solutions Architect.

The company has offices in the UK, the US and Europe, helping clients to reach their 'data potential' - ensuring they have the skills, culture, capabilities and behaviour required to make the most of the opportunities provided by new tech. This includes data management, architecture and engineering; change management and leadership; and data culture and literacy. In January it appointed Louise Hutchins to head up the development of the last of these.

Usoskina brings more than ten years' experience delivering technology transformation initiatives across a range of industries. She has been working for Cynozure on a consultancy basis for just over a year, and earlier worked as Head of Solutions Architecture at payments network Banked, and as Solutions Architect and Product Manager at Permutive, an audience platform for publishers. She also worked as a Technical Consultant at digital research marketplace Lucid, and holds Master's degrees from the University of Edinburgh (Computational Physics) and King's College London (Data-Driven Analysis).

In her new role she will help Cynozure evolve innovative technology solutions to support clients looking to maximise business value from data and AI.
