TalentNeuron Unveils EVP Optimizer

July 24 2024

In New York, labor market analytics firm TalentNeuron has launched EVP Sentiment Analysis, helping client companies to optimize their Employee Value Proposition using data from the reported experiences of employees across the competitive landscape.

David WilkinsThe former Gartner subsidiary says its new solution combines two data streams: an analysis of 28 million online employee reviews, updated monthly, and its own comprehensive EVP taxonomy, developed from more than 800 million data points across 1.5 million daily job ads. The result is a structured framework for companies to compare their EVP with competitors across five core categories:

  1. Workplace and model, including office layout, technology infrastructure and remote work options.
  2. People: Perceptions of the organization's workforce, focusing on skills, diversity and collaboration.
  3. Total rewards: salary and all types of benefits
  4. Growth opportunities including training, career advancement potential and challenging work, and
  5. Organizational culture and values.

Data is refreshed monthly, and AI-based analysis finds patterns in the data, offering 'nuanced insights' across all EVP categories. The solution features customizable benchmarking, and an 'early warning' trend identification function.

Chief Product Officer David Wilkins (pictured) says this type of analysis is vital in rapidly evolving markets, and particularly crucial for industries facing talent shortages, undergoing digital transformation, or experiencing high turnover rates. He comments: 'Like all strategic workforce decisions, EVP design is too important to be left to intuition. This new EVP Sentiment Analysis capability provides HR leaders with data on the experience of employees across their industry, and at competitor organizations. These insights inform better employer brands and ultimately improve an organization's capacity to attract and retain talent'.
