Research firms BritainThinks and its subsidiary WorldThinks were combined early in 2023 under a single brand, Thinks Insight, bringing together expertise in political, corporate, nfp and reputation research.
Beard (pictured) has more than fifteen years' experience designing and delivering research solutions, identifying and communicating insights, with a focus on government clients. This includes large-scale, complex and mixed-methodology approaches, and tasks from evaluation, segmentation, typology development and audience profiling, to research to inform and evaluate government communications.
The firm has also appointed Bianca Seong - a former designer (both graphic and interior) with a recent Masters Degree in Psychology from the London School of Economics - as a Behavioural Researcher. In the Operations team, Iris Cousins and Mahika Duseja join as Research Assistants, and Molly Jackson-French and Eva Voukelatou as Project Managers.
Thinks has also promoted Mayesha Choudhry to Design Executive, Anh Hoang and Orla O'Dwyer to SRE, Samm Gates to Head of Project Operations, Ana Marcelle Martinez to Senior Operations Executive, Hannah Gregory and Janice Osibo to Project Coordinator, and Alice MacDonald to Operations Manager.
CEO Ben Shimshon comments: 'Thinks is growing at pace. Our success has always been rooted in the stellar team of researchers and operational colleagues who, day-in and day-out support and challenge one another to deliver fantastic work for our clients. It's wonderful to be able to recognise colleagues' dedication, creativity and expertise through these promotions. And to see so many new faces join the team, bringing with them diversity in skills, background and experience that will strengthen the insight and advice we offer to clients'.
