Senior Departures and Promotions at RED C Ireland

RED C Research has appointed Ciara Reilly as its new Managing Director in Ireland, with co-founder and current MD Sinead Mooney announcing she will retire at the end of May, after 22 years with the company. Conor Murphy, Bryan Cox, Ciara Clarke and Shaun Fourie also join the Senior Management Team in Ireland.

RED C provides research-based consultancy services from offices in Dublin and London, and now employs more than 85 people. It joined the Business Post Group in 2021 is a sister company to Relish Research.

Reilly has also worked at RED C for nearly two decades, and the firm says it is 'handing on the leadership baton to the next generation'. Murphy, who is promoted to Deputy MD, has been a senior Director in the business for the past ten years, after working at senior management level for Millward Brown / Kantar in Ireland.

Twenty-year company veteran Cox continues on the Senior Management team while Clarke is promoted to it, reflecting her 'significant contributions to the running of the business and the company's success'. Fourie, who has more than sixteen years' experience in operational positions in agency and software companies in MR in South Africa, has been appointed as Head of Operations of RED C Ireland, following the departure of Michelle Lowry from the business.

Mooney, who will stay on part-time as an advisor to the company, comments: 'It has been a privilege to lead and grow RED C over the past 22 years. I am proud of what we have achieved and confident that the new leadership team will continue to drive the company forward with the same dedication to excellence.' Group CEO Richard Colwell adds, 'While we will of course miss Sinead, I am delighted we have been able to promote from within the RED C family, and I look forward to supporting the next generation with Ciara Reilly taking the helm, along with Conor Murphy, Bryan Cox and Ciara Clarke and their management and growth plans for the business over the coming years.'
