New Synovate MD for Scandinavia

Synovate has appointed Dean Luker, currently its Corporate Development Director, as Managing Director for its businesses in Scandinavia, formerly the Univero Group. He will retain his development duties alongside the new role.

Univero consists of MMI and Fishnet in Norway, Temo and LUI in Sweden, Vilstrup in Denmark, and Fieldwork Scandinavia. Luker will work with the established management teams in all three countries to address the firm's strategic objectives, focusing on integration with Synovate and the sharing of the team's specialist skills.

Luker's five years at Synovate began with three in Hong Kong - he then returned to the UK to take up the Corporate Development role in late 2003.

Dean has been instrumental to Synovate's acquisition and integration programme for the past three years. He has been guiding the integration and rebranding of our Scandinavian businesses.'
