US-based MR industry change management consulting firm Cambiar LLC has added a Sales Performance Consulting practice. Bill Guerin joins from TNS to lead it.
Cambiar is a change management consulting firm specializing in the market research and related industries, and a founding member of consultancy network Gravitas (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5941.htm ). Established in 2004 by Simon Chadwick and Jay Wilson, Cambiar added an HR Consulting and Executive Search practice headed by Lock Collins in December 2005 (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4918.htm ).
Guerin has 25 years of experience in a variety of industries and senior roles, most recently as Executive VP of Client Solutions for TNS, where he built and managed their highly successful new business development program. Prior to TNS, he worked as corporate Head of Sales for Total Research Corporation and Harris Interactive, and was Director of Sales and Marketing for PPL, a Fortune 500 diversified energy company.
Chadwick comments: 'Bill has an impressive track record of building highly successful sales and marketing programs, especially in industries and organizations undergoing change.' The new practice will focus on areas including sales compensation systems, prospective employee assessment tools, leadership development and coaching and sales training.
