Perseus|WebSurveyor Becomes Vovici, Launches Product Suite
April 5 2007
Software and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) provider Perseus|WebSurveyor has re-branded as Vovici, and announced the launch of its EFM Continuum product suite.
The combined firm was born as a result of investment firm Austin Ventures' June 2006 purchase of web-based EFM firm, Perseus Development Corporation, and online survey software firm, Websurveyor. The new product suite combines functionality from both companies' design and analytics portfolios.
The suite includes:
- EFM Feedback – allowing customers to design questionnaires, manage survey campaigns and analyse survey responses
- EFM Reporting – giving advanced reporting capabilities including data analysis, sharing and filtering
- EFM Community – facilitating wider collaboration on the feedback process within their organisation while controlling access to key respondents
- EFM Polls – to create simple one-question polls and presentation directly on web sites, and
- EFM for CRM – enabling users to embed feedback directly into their sales, service and support processes.
David Alison, Chief Technology Officer at Vovici commented on the product release: 'EFM Continuum gives organisations the tools to design, manage and analyse feedback with an unparalleled level of control and flexibility. With a suite of tools for customisation, standardisation, community management and administration, organisations are truly able to transform feedback into strategy.'
