Omnicom-owned brand and communications research specialist Hall & Partners has appointed Deborah Mills as CEO of its Europe business, based in the London office.
Mills joins with more than 20 years' advertising experience. Since 2005, she has worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as Global Planning Director on the Procter & Gamble business. Prior to that, she was Managing Partner at TBWA.
She takes over from Vanella Jackson, who has been promoted to the post of Global CEO. Jackson is also from a planning background, having previously worked for UK agencies BBH, AMV and JWT.
Jackson commented on the appointment: 'Deborah has an impressive track record, a great strategic mind and a keen understanding of our business. I am confident that she will bring new energy and vision to Hall & Partners and that we will have great fun working with her.'
Hall & Partners was founded in 1992 by Mike Hall. Earlier this month, the firm acquired a majority stake in Jigsaw International, a custom qualitative research agency based in Shanghai, China.
