Online video research solutions provider QualVu has teamed up with Knowledge Networks (KN) to deliver its qual research technology VideoSurvey™ as part of KN's KnowledgePanel® quant surveys.
VideoSurvey will be available with any KnowledgePanel project. The partners say the combination will allow researchers to supplement quantitative survey data with rich responses and deeper meaning, broadening data collection options beyond standard text and chat sessions. Comparing word count rates of text and video responses shows, claim the firms, that video responses produce on average twice as many words.
VideoSurvey operates as a turnkey market research solution, with QualVu supporting surveys from integration to reporting.
