UK online performance researcher eDigitalResearch has opened a new London office, managed by Head of Business Development Dominic Bean.
Bean joined the firm last October from The Independent newspaper where he was Head of Commercial Marketing and Research. Before this, he was Head of Insight and Head of Business Development and Marketing at NESCOT (North East Surrey College of Technology).
Director Michelle Fuller says the firm is bucking the economic trend by growing annual sales, and opening the new office to manage the increase in demand for its services.
'We are definitely noticing that some organisations are cutting back on their research budgets, but more and more understand that digital research is cost-effective and works,' stated Fuller. 'We are launching several new products over the coming year to ensure that, despite the recession, we are continuing to innovate and provide the best tools for our clients.'
In February, the firm realigned its business structure into sector-specific teams to cope with increased turnover and company growth.
The Hampshire-headquartered firm, which was established in 1999, is online at www.edigitalresearch.com .
