US product design and development research company InsightsNow has promoted Greg Stucky to the new post of Chief Research Officer, and hired Kristen Ozenbaugh-Dale as Account Executive for the greater Chicago area.
Stucky specializes in consumer product research for design and development. Since 2003, he has served as Vice President, overseeing client services and new business development. He holds an MS in Sensory Science and a BS in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University.
In his new role, Stucky will provide research consulting to the firm’s clients, and guide product development initiatives.
‘Greg’s industry and technical knowledge, along with his leadership skills, make him the ideal person to fill this new role,’ said President and CEO David Lundahl. ‘He also shares my personal philosophy of applying consumer behavior to inspire and guide innovation and has a proven track record of using this philosophy to develop innovative solutions for our clients.’
Ozenbaugh-Dale worked most recently as the Director of Business Development for market research firm CRG Global, before which she was Vice President of P&K Media Research and Director of Research and Client Services at Strategic Media Research.
In her new role, she is responsible for consumer research, and for cultivating new client relationships within the food and beverage industry.
‘Kristen brings a wealth of experience in sensory and product research and has excellent client management skills’, said Lundahl. ‘She will be a great asset to our company and our client partners.’
