London-based ICM Research has appointed Richard Bussy as a Project Director within its Financial Division and Tom Fitzgerald as a Project Manager in the Technology team.
Full service agency ICM is part of UK marketing services group Creston, which also owns ICM Direct, newvista research and FieldWork UK.
Bussy joins with five years’ agency experience, and specific expertise in brand communication within the financial services sector. He will work on ad hoc and continuous research for a range of clients.
He started his career in 2005 on the TNS graduate scheme, and went on to work as an Account Manager in the Financial & Professional Services division.
Director and Head of the Financial team, Steve Ogborn, commented: ‘Richard’s experience will enhance the current work we’re doing with clients around their brand and advertising development and performance measurement.’
Fitzgerald also joins after a five year career with TNS, where his work focused on brand commitment and satisfaction research. At ICM, he will be utilising this experience with a number of technology clients.
