Luke Cadman, Victoria Henderson and Matt DaltonLondon-based consumer research agency rdsi has promoted Luke Cadman to the post of Research Manager in the Quantitative Research team, and appointed recent graduates Victoria Henderson and Matt Dalton.

rdsi’s main areas of business are healthcare, food and drink, finance, telecoms and retail. The agency’s specialisms include consumer immersion, brand strategy, creative development and advertising, NPD, packaging, design, and idea generation and development.

Cadman has been promoted after an 18 month stint as a Senior Research Executive. His experience covers a number of sectors, including financial services, retail and FMCG.

Henderson joins with 18 months’ qual and quant research experience gained while on placement with Leeds-based Principles Research. She has a BA in Management with Psychology.

Following a gap year, Dalton joins with a first class honours degree in Psychology. He is currently working on a variety of projects including brand trackers and retail analysis.
