In the US, global online sampling and data collection firm Research Now has promoted Craig Stevens to the post of Executive Vice President, Global Client Development, and named John Tan Senior Vice President, Global Operations. Stevens was previously responsible for client development efforts in the USA, Canada and Latin America. In his new role, he will continue to serve as part of the executive leadership team, reporting to President and CEO, Chris Havemann. ‘With over 16 years’ industry experience and six years with the company building a wealth of client knowledge, Craig is ideally suited to lead our client development activities worldwide,’ stated Havemann. Tan, who will join the executive team reporting to Havemann, previously served as interim SVP, Global Operations. Before this, he held senior roles at Greenfield Online. ‘John will help us maintain our focus on client service excellence, and will be leading a number of key operational initiatives intended to drive further benefits to our clients,’ Havemann added.
