Boston, MA-based Chadwick Martin Bailey has promoted Kathy Ofsthun to Account Director in its Retail research practice. Ofsthun has eighteen years of qual and quant research experience with multinational companies in sectors including CPG and retail, on projects including NPD, retail store design, packaging, brand and segmentation research. She joined the firm in May 2010 as a Senior Project Manager, after fifteen years running her own shopper insights agency, Focus on Research; before which she worked at Stop & Shop, and NutraSweet. In her new role, she will manage key account relationships and direct strategic research for CPG and Retail clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and eCommerce practice which is led by Brant Cruz and Managing Director Mark Doherty.
