In the UK, full service agency JRA Research has promoted Paul Sutton to the position of Associate Director, working closely with the research team and managing the company’s day-to-day operations. JRA was established in 1978 and now offers UK and international services from its headquarters in Nottingham and office in London. Sutton joined in 2007, and most recently served as CATI Operations Manager. Before this, he worked for outsourcing giant Capita Learning & Development as Head of UK Client Development and Operations Manager; and he held various sales roles at Telewest Broadband, Braebourne Spring Ltd, Birmingham Cable Communications, and Yellow Pages. Commenting on Sutton’s promotion, Managing Partner Matt Coggan says: ‘Paul has set a fantastic example of teamwork here at JRA, both in the way that he conducts himself and in the way he has engendered the same positive, sharing and supportive attitude throughout the teams he has managed to date.
