Research Now has appointed Melanie Courtright as Vice President of Research Services, based in its headquarters in Plano, Texas.
She brings more than sixteen years of research experience, the first eleven of them at contact center operator NOVO 1 in roles including Vice President of Client Services. She then joined AOL subsidiary DMS Research for roles including VP of Marketing and Account Management Director, and most recently worked as SVP of Research Solutions at uSamp.
She reports to newly promoted Craig Stevens, Chief Revenue Officer of the Americas, who comments: ‘Anyone who knows Melanie knows that she is one of the most knowledgeable and highly respected methodologists in the field of online research.
